As the “Number 1 Selling Bread Brand in Singapore”, Gardenia is a strong household name for packaged bread with a product range of more than 55 varieties. Gardenia has grown from a small in-store bakery at Bukit Timah Plaza in 1978 to two commercial bakery plants operating 24/7 all year round with Singapore Superbrands status. Today, consumers can conveniently find Gardenia products at over 3,500 outlets and 200 vending machines in Singapore. Rise & Shine developed an educational programme for primary school children as part of Gardenia’s efforts to encourage consumption of whole-grains and to promote the message of healthy eating. Through existing partnerships, Rise & Shine brought the Gardenia branded programme into MOE schools island wide and reached over 10,000 students.
